02. Bimetallic Cladding
Using proprietary Longitudinal Welding technology, we create an inseparable metallurgical bond between the high-grade steel core and copper strip.
03. Precision Drawing
Our automated drawing lines reduction wire diameters to as small as 0.13mm², monitored by laser micrometers for ±2‰ tolerance.
04. Bright Annealing
Conducted in Oxygen-Free Vacuum Furnaces to restore high-conductivity properties and eliminate mechanical stress while preventing oxidation.
