We are FISSOT, a subsidiary brand of GENERAL CLAD. GENERAL CLAD is a technology-driven composite metal materials enterprise located in Guangde City, at the junction of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui provinces. It specializes in the production of copper-clad steel composite metal materials, focusing on the research and development of copper-clad steel products with special properties, primarily sold in the international market. Applications cover aerospace, military, electrified railways, automotive manufacturing, wire and cable, lightning protection, and grounding.

The company is currently the only domestic enterprise with independent intellectual property rights for copper-clad steel, holding 4 invention patents and 7 utility model patents. It played a key role in the formulation of the international standard ISO14811:2024 "Ultra-low carbon high boron steel wire rod for copper-clad steel wire" and the national standard GB/T38347-2019 "Ultra-low carbon high boron steel hot-rolled wire rod". Furthermore, the standards it participated in formulating, "Ultra-low carbon steel hot-rolled wire rod for cables" and "Copper-clad steel wire for electrical engineering – Part 1: Hard copper-clad steel wire", have been reviewed and are awaiting approval and promulgation.
